These terms apply to orders placed with Alba Xmas Trees, operated by ALXT LTD (SC748466). By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
 

Orders & Payment
 

Orders are placed through our website and paid in full at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.

All orders are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or a full refund.
 

Natural Products
 

Christmas trees are natural products, and each tree is unique. Slight variations in height, width, shape and colour are normal.

Our Scottish-grown Nordmann and Fraser Firs are carefully selected and premium graded to ensure excellent quality.

Tree heights are sold within approximate size ranges.
 

Delivery
 

We deliver across Glasgow and surrounding areas from 26 November to 23 December 2026.

Delivery is free to selected local postcodes, with additional charges for other areas displayed at checkout.

Customers can select their preferred available delivery date when ordering.

Deliveries take place throughout the day and evening. Although we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time, we will always do our best to accommodate special requests.

If you're not home, we can leave your tree in a safe location of your choice, where agreed in advance and suitable. Otherwise, we will contact you to arrange delivery.
 

Collection
 

Christmas trees can be collected free of charge from our retail pitch at Broom Church, Newton Mearns, Glasgow, during our advertised opening hours.

We provide specialist Christmas tree bags to help protect your vehicle from needles and mess.
 

January Collection & Recycling
 

Our optional Christmas tree collection and recycling service costs £15 per tree, with collections taking place on 4 and 11 January 2027.

Please remove all decorations, lights and stands, and leave your tree in an accessible location at the front of your property.

Cancellations & Refunds
 

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, we will honour it in accordance with UK consumer law. Certain goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly may be exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.

If your tree or another product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us promptly so we can arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
